Introduction

Osymandias LLC ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you visit our website or use any of our mobile apps or web products (collectively, our "Products"). This policy applies across our entire product catalog unless a specific app provides additional or different terms within the app itself.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect the following types of information:

  • Account Information: Name and email address when you create an account or contact us.
  • Purchase and Billing Information: If you purchase a subscription or in-app purchase, transaction details are processed by the platform you purchased through — Apple, Google, or, for direct website purchases, Stripe. We use RevenueCat to keep your subscription status synchronized across platforms. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.
  • Usage Information: How you interact with our products and website, such as features used and session duration.
  • Communications: Messages you send us via email or contact forms.

Individual apps may collect additional information specific to their functionality (such as photos, location, or health data). Where applicable, this is disclosed within the app itself and, for apps distributed via the App Store or Google Play, summarized in that app's store listing (Apple's "App Privacy" section or Google Play's "Data safety" section).

2. Use of Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide and maintain our products and services
  • Process purchases and manage subscriptions, whether made through Apple, Google, or Stripe
  • Send transactional emails such as receipts, renewal notices, and service updates
  • Respond to your support requests and inquiries
  • Improve our products based on aggregate usage patterns
  • Comply with applicable laws and regulations

3. Legal Basis for Processing

Regardless of where you are located, we process your personal information only where we have a valid legal basis to do so, which — depending on the context — may be: performance of a contract with you (for example, providing a Product you've signed up for); your consent (for example, for sensitive categories of information, see Section 8 below); our legitimate interests, such as securing our Products or preventing fraud, balanced against your rights; or compliance with a legal obligation. Where we rely on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

4. Third-Party Services

Apple App Store & Google Play: Apps distributed through the App Store or Google Play are subject to purchases and subscriptions being processed by Apple or Google respectively. Their own privacy policies govern the payment and account information collected during that process.

Stripe: For purchases made directly on our website, payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Stripe handles your payment card data directly — we do not receive or store your full card details. Stripe's privacy policy governs how they process your payment information. We encourage you to review it at stripe.com/privacy.

RevenueCat: We use RevenueCat to manage and synchronize your subscription status across the App Store, Google Play, and our website, so a subscription works consistently regardless of where you purchased it. RevenueCat receives purchase and subscription event data (such as the product purchased, subscription status, and an app-specific user identifier) to provide this service. RevenueCat's privacy policy governs how they process this information. We encourage you to review it at revenuecat.com/privacy.

Analytics: We may use analytics tools to understand aggregate usage patterns. We do not use these tools to build individual user profiles or for advertising purposes.

5. Disclosure of Your Information

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may disclose your information to service providers who assist in operating our products (such as Apple, Google, Stripe, or RevenueCat), when required by law, or when necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Osymandias LLC or others.

6. International Users & Data Transfers

Osymandias LLC is based in the United States, and our Products are used by people in multiple countries, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, France, and Germany, among others. If you access a Product from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.

Where we transfer personal information from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland to the United States, we rely on appropriate safeguards recognized under applicable law, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or the UK's International Data Transfer Addendum, as applicable.

7. Cookies & Similar Technologies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. We do not run third-party analytics or advertising scripts on this website, and fonts and other static assets are served directly by us rather than loaded from third-party CDNs. If this changes in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy and, where required by law (including for visitors in the EU, UK, or other jurisdictions with similar requirements), request your consent before setting any non-essential cookie. Individual mobile apps may use functionally necessary local storage (for example, to remember your sign-in state); where an app uses analytics or advertising identifiers, this is disclosed in that app's store listing (Apple's "App Privacy" section or Google Play's "Data safety" section).

8. Sensitive Information

Some of our Products may relate to religious practice, community affiliation, or physical health and wellness. This can include information that qualifies as a "special category" of personal data under laws such as the GDPR (for example, data revealing religious affiliation or health status). Where a Product asks for this kind of information, we collect only what is necessary for the Product to function, rely on your explicit consent or another legal basis permitted by applicable law to process it, do not use it for advertising or profiling, and do not sell or share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

9. Children's Privacy

Our Products are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. Where a Product is designed for use by minors as part of a family, school, or community program, it is intended to be accessed through a parent, guardian, or authorized institutional account, which is responsible for any information submitted on the minor's behalf. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without appropriate consent, we will take steps to delete that information. Parents or guardians who believe their child has provided us with personal information may contact us at dev@osymandias.com.

10. Data Retention

We retain account information for as long as you have an active account or subscription with us and for a reasonable period thereafter as required for legal and accounting purposes. You may request deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us.

11. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect your personal information. Payment card data is handled entirely by Apple, Google, or Stripe and is never stored on our servers. No transmission over the internet is 100% secure — we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Your Rights

Wherever you are located, we extend the following rights to you with respect to your personal information: the right to access the information we hold about you; the right to correct inaccurate information; the right to request deletion ("erasure") of your information; the right to restrict or object to certain processing, including profiling; the right to receive a copy of your information in a portable format; and the right to withdraw consent at any time where we rely on consent. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at dev@osymandias.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe, and in any event within the time required by applicable law.

If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority — for example, the CNIL in France, the BfDI or your regional authority in Germany, or the ICO in the United Kingdom. If you are in Canada, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or, if you are a Quebec resident, the Commission d'accès à l'information.

13. Policy Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to active subscribers. Continued use of our products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
