1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing this website or using any mobile app or web product offered by Osymandias LLC (collectively, our "Products"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our Products. Individual apps may include an in-app End User License Agreement that supplements these Terms; where the two conflict, the in-app terms govern use of that specific app.
2. Purchases and Subscriptions
Some of our Products offer paid features, one-time purchases, or subscriptions. Depending on where you obtain a Product:
- Apple App Store / Google Play: Purchases and subscriptions are billed, managed, and refunded directly by Apple or Google under their respective terms. Osymandias LLC does not process or store this payment information.
- Direct web purchases: Where a Product is purchased directly through our website, payments are processed by Stripe, and Osymandias LLC is the seller of record for that purchase. We use RevenueCat to manage and synchronize your subscription status across platforms. Direct website purchases are currently available to customers in the United States only; customers elsewhere should purchase through the App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
3. Community & Organization Payment Features
Where a Product allows an organization (such as a masjid, school, or community group) to accept donations or payments from its members or the public, those payments are processed directly through that organization's own third-party payment processor account (for example, its own Stripe account), which the organization sets up and controls independently. Osymandias LLC is not a party to those transactions, does not receive, hold, custody, or control any funds transferred between a donor and an organization, and is not responsible for how an organization collects, accounts for, or uses funds it receives. Osymandias LLC provides software only, not payment, custodial, escrow, or fiduciary services, in connection with these features.
4. Payment Terms
All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise noted on the relevant store listing. By making a purchase, you authorize the applicable charge to your chosen payment method.
For billing questions or disputes related to App Store or Google Play purchases, refunds are requested directly through Apple or Google. For direct web purchases, contact us at dev@osymandias.com.

6. Use License
A valid purchase or subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the applicable Product. You may not:
- Redistribute, resell, or sublicense access to any product
- Modify, decompile, or reverse engineer any software
- Remove copyright or proprietary notices from any materials
- Use any product for unlawful purposes or in violation of applicable law
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our Products to transmit harmful, abusive, or illegal content; to harass or harm other users; or to interfere with or disrupt our infrastructure. Violations may result in immediate termination of your access without refund.
8. No Professional Advice
Unless an individual Product explicitly states otherwise, nothing offered through our Products constitutes medical, health, religious, legal, financial, or other professional advice. Our Products are provided for general, informational, and educational purposes only. You should not rely on any Product as a substitute for consultation with a qualified professional — a physician for health matters, a qualified religious scholar for matters of religious ruling or practice, or a licensed professional for legal, financial, or technical matters. Always seek the advice of an appropriately qualified professional with any questions you may have.
9. Health, Fitness & Physical Activity
If a Product includes fitness, exercise, movement, or wellness content (such as yoga or similar instruction), you assume all risk associated with your participation. Consult a physician before beginning any exercise or physical activity program, particularly if you have any pre-existing medical condition. Osymandias LLC is not responsible for any injury or health issue that may result from your use of such a Product. Stop immediately and seek medical attention if you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort.
10. Religious & Educational Content
Where a Product offers religious, educational, or community content — including content related to Islamic teaching, practice, or community life — such content reflects the views of Osymandias LLC and its contributors and does not constitute an official religious ruling (fatwa) or the position of any religious authority or institution. Osymandias LLC is not a religious authority. Users seeking guidance on matters of religious ruling or practice should consult a qualified scholar. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but do not guarantee that all content reflects every school of thought or is free from error.
11. AI-Generated Content and Features
Some Products may use artificial intelligence or automated systems to generate output, analysis, recommendations, or diagnostic-style results ("AI Output"). AI Output is provided for informational purposes only, may be incomplete or inaccurate, and is not guaranteed to be correct, reliable, or suitable for any particular purpose. You are solely responsible for independently verifying any AI Output before relying on it, and AI Output should not be treated as a substitute for professional inspection, diagnosis, or advice. Osymandias LLC disclaims all liability for decisions made or actions taken in reliance on AI Output.
12. User-Generated Content & Community Features
Some Products may allow you to post, upload, or share content, or to interact with other users (for example, in community or discussion features). You are solely responsible for any content you submit and for your interactions with other users. We do not endorse and are not responsible for user-submitted content or for the conduct of any user, on or off a Product. We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to monitor, remove, or restrict access to any content or account at our discretion, including content we believe violates these Terms or applicable law.
If you believe content on a Product infringes your copyright, contact us at dev@osymandias.com with the details of the claim, including the material you believe is infringing and your contact information, so we can investigate.
13. Age Requirements & Children's Use
Our Products are not directed at children under 13, and you must be at least 13 years old to create an account or make a purchase. Where a Product is intended for use by minors as part of a family, school, or community program, it must be accessed and supervised through a parent, guardian, or authorized institutional account. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information without appropriate consent, contact us at dev@osymandias.com so we can address it.
14. Disclaimer
Our Products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including without limitation implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or reliability. Osymandias LLC does not warrant that any Product will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any content — including AI Output, religious content, or health content — is complete, accurate, or up to date.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Osymandias LLC and its owners, officers, and contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of or inability to use our Products, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Osymandias LLC's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or any Product shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid to Osymandias LLC for the applicable Product in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) $100 USD. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Osymandias LLC and its owners, officers, and contributors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of any Product, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
17. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
You and Osymandias LLC agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting dev@osymandias.com. If a dispute is not resolved informally within 30 days, you and Osymandias LLC agree that it shall be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court. YOU AND OSYMANDIAS LLC EACH WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION, CLASS ARBITRATION, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. This section does not apply where prohibited by applicable law.
18. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of material changes where practical, such as via email or an in-app notice.
19. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to Section 17 (Dispute Resolution & Arbitration), you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Georgia.
20. International Users
Our Products are used by people in multiple countries, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, France, and Germany. These Terms are intended to apply to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any consumer protection right that cannot be waived under the mandatory law of your country or state of residence — where such a right applies, that mandatory right controls over any conflicting provision of these Terms, and only that provision (not the rest of these Terms) is affected.
21. Severability & Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, and any applicable in-app terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and Osymandias LLC regarding your use of our Products.
