Overview

Where you purchased a product determines how refunds are handled. Osymandias LLC does not have direct access to process refunds for purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play — those platforms handle billing and refunds directly, per their own policies.

App Store Purchases (iOS)

All purchases and subscriptions made through an iOS app are billed by Apple. Refunds must be requested directly from Apple, not from Osymandias LLC:

  • Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, or
  • On your device: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, or the Apple Support app

Apple's refund decisions are made solely by Apple under their own policies. We're happy to help troubleshoot a product issue at dev@osymandias.com, but we cannot issue the refund ourselves.

Google Play Purchases (Android)

All purchases and subscriptions made through an Android app are billed by Google. Refunds must be requested directly from Google:

Google's refund decisions are made solely by Google under their own policies. We're happy to help troubleshoot a product issue at dev@osymandias.com, but we cannot issue the refund ourselves.

Direct Web Purchases

For any product purchased directly through our website (processed by Stripe, with Osymandias LLC as the seller of record), we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on the initial payment, no explanation required. Renewal charges are eligible for refund if requested within 7 days of the renewal date. Direct website purchases are currently available to customers in the United States only.

To request a refund on a direct web purchase, email us at dev@osymandias.com with the subject line Refund Request and the email address associated with your purchase. We issue refunds directly through Stripe and process requests within 5–7 business days; funds may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear depending on your bank.

Accounts that have violated our Terms of Service are not eligible for refunds.

Cancellations

Cancelling a subscription stops future billing. For App Store or Google Play subscriptions, cancel through the respective platform's subscription settings — cancelling on our end is not possible since Apple and Google manage that billing relationship directly. You retain access through the end of your current billing period either way. Cancellation alone does not trigger a refund.
